1. STATUTORY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the date on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) receives the items or, in the case of multiple items that are part of the same order but are but delivered separately, after 14 days from the date on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) receives the last delivered item.
To exercise your withdrawal, you
must send your withdrawal in writing

MaxLab Nutrition Americas, Inc will confirm the withdrawal to the customer by email.
The right of withdrawal or the right to cancel orders or return products does not apply to customized or personalized products.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to inform us of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal before the expiry of this period.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract,
we will refund all payments made,
including shipping costs to the
original delivery location, as soon
as possible (with the exception of
any additional costs associated with
the chosen shipping method other
than the cheapest standard delivery
offered),
but in any case within 14 days
from the date on which we received
your decision to withdraw. We will
refund you using the same payment
method you used to pay. In any case,
you will not incur any fees in
connection with this refund.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, we
may defer the refund until we have
received the returned items or proof
of their return, whichever is
earlier.
MaxLab Nutrition Americas, Inc. guarantees absolute customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with the products you have received, you can return the product at your own expense. The products must be physically returned to MaxLab Nutrition Americas, Inc. within 14 days of the customer exercising their right of withdrawal. After these 14 days, the sale is final. The products must be returned in their original packaging with the original labels and sealed hygiene seal, without having been used. If these conditions are not met, you lose your right of return. The return of the product(s) is the responsibility of the customer and is at their own risk.
1.2 CONTRACTUAL RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Apart from the statutory right of withdrawal granted to consumers as mentioned in clause 1 above, you may return any item (except for the items mentioned in clause 1.3, which are excluded from the right of withdrawal) to us within 28 days of the date of the shipping confirmation. If you return products under your contractual right of withdrawal but outside the statutory withdrawal period, you will only be refunded the amount paid for the items. Shipping costs will not be refunded. If you inform us of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal in accordance with the provisions of clause 16.1 above, but after your statutory right has expired, you must in any case return the items to us within 30 days of the date of the shipping confirmation.
1.3 GENERAL PROVISIONS
You do not have the right to cancel the contract if any of the following items have been delivered:
a. Goods that you have unsealed after delivery and that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health safety.
Your right of withdrawal only applies to items that are returned in the same condition in which you received them. No refund will be given if the item (i) has been used after opening, (ii) is not in the same condition as when received, or (iii) is damaged. You should take care of the items in your possession. You should return the items using the original packaging or enclose it, along with the instructions and, if applicable, the documents sent with the items.
You may also return the item directly to us at the address provided in Section 1 above. You should return the item as soon as possible, along with a printout of the order confirmation. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item.
After inspecting the returned item, we will inform you whether or not you are entitled to a refund of the amounts paid. Shipping costs will be refunded if the right of withdrawal has been exercised within the statutory period and all relevant items have been returned. You will receive the refund as soon as possible, but in any case within 14 days of your notification that you are exercising your right to terminate the contract. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may defer the refund until we have received the returned items or proof of their return, whichever is earlier. The refund will always be made using the same payment method you used to pay for your purchases. In the latter case, the refund will be made by means of a refund card issued by “sensoriy”.
You are responsible for the risks and costs associated with returning the items, as indicated above. In this case, please remember to include a printout of the e-ticket attached to the shipping confirmation with the returned goods.
1.4 RETURNING DEFECTIVE ITEMS
In cases where you believe that the
item is not in accordance with the
contract at the time of delivery, you
must contact us immediately at
info@sensoriy.com, specifying the
characteristics of the item in
question and the nature of the
defect.
You must return the item to us.
We will carefully examine the returned item and inform you by email within a reasonable period of time of your right to a replacement or refund (if applicable). We will refund or exchange the item as soon as possible, which in any case should be within 14 days of the date of our email confirmation that you are entitled to a replacement or refund for the item in question.
If the defect or damage is proven, the price of the items in question, including delivery costs and the cost of returning the items, will be refunded in full. Refunds will always be made using the same payment method you used to pay for your purchases.
This clause does not affect your statutory rights.
